Jet Set Of Daytona

I went with 2 friends and got a leg band. I've had 2 tattoos before and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had from a tattoo artist. I had to tape a paper towel around the tattoo for 7 straight nights before the ink stopped oozing out. I also had trouble walking or standing on the leg because of swelling & throbbing from the work done. The ""artist"", I later learned gets no repeat customers and is intentionally heavy handed with the tattoo gun to cause pain. I don't know why they keep this guy around.\r The other 2 people I went in with got their tattoos and were well on their way to healing after a 3 days. Their tattoos only had ink coming out for a day or 2.\r While I would go back to another artist here, I would never allow the person I had to work on me again.\r If you decide to go here, DO NOT, under any circumstances let the foreign guy do your tattoo. more

I did not get any tattoo but paid full amount of money. The owner refused to return my money back. Can you imagine that? more

i just left bike week sunday, and while i was there I went to jet set to get nipple piercing. I have to say that the place is immacculate. Everyone there was pleasant, and as to money they gave me so many discounts it was amazing. The young man that did my piercing was very professional, had a great sense of humor. I will definatley recommend this place for any work.. more

I must take a moment to warn everyone--piercing and tattoo enthusiasts alike--that this place is solely out to take as much money from you as they can. They tell the people they hire that they must get as much money out of a tattoo as they can. Their tattoos are at best mediocre, and ridiculously overpriced for the quality. Stay away from the israeli owner and also the israeli tattoo artist there. They are the shadiest individuals known to the human race and are all about ""screwing the gentile"" out of their money. And especially, stay away from getting pierced there. The israeli owner will gladly (illegally) pierce your 13 year old daughter, because your money is more important than her safety, and they regularly gamble the reputation of the shop to get to your wallet. Also, that israeli owner will likely pierce her crooked also. The other piercer that is there, the young guy with the facial hair, has only a modicum more of self respect, in that he won't pierce anyone underage, but he is also a novice piercer. While acting like the baddest dude on the block because he's wielding a piercing needle. Seriously, it's a small miracle they are still in business and haven't been shut down by the health department. Save your money and go to Shamrock where you will at least encounter individuals with a soul who aren't just about draining your wallet and possibly exposing you to hepatitis. more

My wife and I travel to Daytona every year and we are tattoo enthusiasts. I have tattoos all over my back and arms and she has her ankles, feet and wrists tattooed. We've been coming down to Florida for the past 5 years and every year we go to Jet Set for our tattoos. They know us by name, treat us like family. It's like visiting relatives to go into this shop and we always enjoy our time there. Our tattoos are beautiful and my kids always love the henna tattoos they get when we go. This is the cleanest, brightest, most comfortable shop we've ever been to. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourselves! Pros: Sterile environment, huge clean store, nice people Cons: Wish it was in New York! more
