although that lady is rude the rest of the staff is great. the girls in the back are wonderful! please dont let that one person bring down your opinion of the clinic....i dont know why they keep her there and i agree that she is rude but just ask for someone else and they would be glad to help you. many people do. And the doctors there go above and beyond and offer excellent service. more

i have been bringing my pets to this clinic for years because i love the care they get from Dr. Casey but i dread going because of the horrible service i get from the front desk there...her name is marsha and i dont understand why this woman is allowed to keep her job...she is rude and just down right mean. the staff evidently dont like her either because they have to apologize all the time for her and just role their eyes when she talks....she must have a miserable life with no friends...if the owners didnt want people to come there they sure sent a message by having her in the front.....i really wouldnt recommend going there unless you can get past the horrible lady at the front! the owner should increase bussiness if he would get rid of her! more
