You're not gonna go wrong with Jessup's. 4/28/2011

I've recommended many customers to Jessup's. I'm very happy with them. They take care of all my cars, and I've got three of them. I've never had any problems with them when taking my cars in for service. As far as I'm concerned, you're not gonna go wrong with Jessup's. They do outstanding work, and their mechanics are really good. They're also very thorough and conscientious. They say what they're gonna do, and they backup their work, so I have nor problem with any of them. more

A company you can count on. 4/27/2011

Jessup's Automotive Repair has done just about everything for me from oil changes to complete engine removal and installation. They put in an entire new engine for me. They have done a wide range of services. When I had my carpentry businesses, they maintained my trucks, and now that I am no longer in business, they maintain my personal cars. They are a delight to work with. I have been using Jessup's Auto since 1987 or 1988. They are a company you can count on to make the repair and make it right the first time. You will never have to bring it back. more

Rip off artist!!!! 1/7/2011

This place is a total rip off! I took my car there bc it kept stalling out. They told me it was the gas pump that needed to be replaced & it would cost $900 bc they would have to drain the whole tank & drop it. I told em I would pickup the car & do it myself. When I showed to pickup the car the car wasn't at the shop eventhough they said it was ready for pickup. The lady @ the counter started acting funny & went to talk to a guy on the shop. She came back & explained the car was @ their other shop. She saidthey take cars wig drivability issues to this other location. Why Would u take a car that stalls 10 min away to another place to be looked at? When the guy finally came 15 min later with my car blaring the radio it seemed to be operating fine. I think they were joy riding & running errands with my car bc an 1/8 of a tank of gas was used. On top of that the subwoofer on my car was blown and when I investigated some of the speaker wires were taped with tape unwound never use on my vehi more
