For a very long time I thought the best service was at a new car dealer. I recently went there for a discount oil change. After they checked out my car the service manager gave me a list of things that required immediate attention. When it comes to major maintenance I always get a second opinion. I showed this list to Jessup's Automotive Services service manager, and he found at least half the items listed were not required! Jessup's repaired my car with expert service, plus saved me a substantial amount of money. I no longer go shopping for service. I go directly to Jessup's for service which saves me time and money plus expert service. more

Personalized service for you and your car. They're like family. 12/4/2013

I've been going to Jessup's Automotive for years to keep my car together! I can call them and go in almost any time. If they can't take care of me right away, the set up the soonest appointment possible. They take really good care of my car, and Mike's prices are decent. I have a Honda, and they get Honda parts. I go out of the state a lot, so they make sure everything is fixed up okay. I really appreciate their attention to detail. more

Miracle workers! 10/8/2013

My husband and I go to Jessup's Automotive Services mostly for oil changes but for anything that comes up with our cars--they're there to fix it. They're very knowledgeable miracle workers who keep us running. Glenn and Diane Weinert more

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good work 9/12/2013

I only recently started going to Jessup's Automotive Services for my car maintenance. I had them fix my car on two occasions, and they did a good job and returned my car in a reasonable amount of time. My car hasn't had any problems since, so I'm happy about that. Mike is the one I've been working with when I go in there. He and everyone else who works there are very nice and friendly. They offer reasonable prices and do good work. I would recommend others to give them a try. more

The employees are very professional and the work is done efficiently. We feel very comfortable putting our cars in their hands. I bring all my vehicles to Jessup's. 12/12/2012

I bring all my vehicles there. Recently I brought my truck in and they were extremely honest with me. They told me they could fix it but it would be close to $8,000 because it needed a lot of work and that it would be worth it to just get a new one. They could have easily racked me up a huge bill but didn't. more

Dependable, honest service 11/2/2012

Jessup's Automotive has done many things for me. They've done oil changes, replaced tires, fixed a window that was not properly functioning, and even fixed a problem I was having with my radio. For the problem with the radio, it would have been easy for them to ask me to bring the car in, but instead they took the time to explain things to me so that I could fix it myself. It was simple, and that experience made me realize how much they value their customers. more

Nice Experience 11/1/2012

Nice people and reasonable prices. I took a chance looking for a decent oil change price. I knew Jessup's when they were on Maple Avenue in La Grange Park. Never tried them until now and I have since then got my husband's car and my two daughter's cars going there now. Very happy and won't go elsewhere. Love the car wash too, more

I take it in and they fix the problems. Last time they gave me a ride home because they had to keep the car all day. The first time they replaced my radiator, and an engine mount the other time. more

Always a good experience 9/4/2012

I usually just go in for an oil change. They're fast and the car is done when they say it will be done. If you need the car to be there all day they offer rental cars for about $7. It's always been a good experience there. more

Excellent Auto Repair Service 8/30/2012

I've been using Jessup's Automotive Services for more than 10 years. They are courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. They have been resposible for doing all the services to my two high mileage cars for the past 10 years. Both cars are extremely dependable and are running smoothly. I have the confidence they will continue to provide trustworthy service in the future. The experience has been excellent. more

They're a reliable company 8/8/2012

Jessup's Automotive recently did the maintenance service on my car and put in new brakes. I've used them for three or four years now and I find them to be a very reliable company. When the work is not complete by the expected time they give me a call and they let me know. In the time I've been using them, I've always been a satisfied customer. more

Jessup's Automotive Services are extremely honest. Let me give you a scenario: they found several items not on my list of things that needed to be fixed, so they called and gave me what they thought I should do. I got it resolved through the dealer, and Jessup's gave me so much guidance along the way. They're incredibly honest. I go there for everything now, and I've stopped going to the dealer. Their customer service is impeccable. more

I was so impressed by the responsiveness and excellent service that I was given I had to share my enthusiam. Family owned business for decades and they treat their customer's like family.
