If you are a vendor and are considering providing services for one of Jessica's ""stylized photo shoots,"" get payment IN FULL IN CASH AT YOUR FIRST MEETING. She will not honor contracts. She will not pay you. She will ignore your e-mails, phone calls, certified letters. This is not about her ability to create floral arrangements. This review is about her as a business person. Simply, Jessica is a thief. I experienced it first-hand and do not want a bride or a small business owner to be stolen from also. Her lack of integrity and moral compass is disturbing. You may catch her on a good day-when she honors her contracts and provides exceptional goods and services, or you may be one of the victims she has stolen from and doesn't look back.
