My husband and I had dinner at Jerusalem Grill on a Friday night, and it's clear this place is a largely undiscovered gem. There were a only handful of other diners and, while there was only one waitress, the service was friendly and very quick. This is a very casual joint, almost ""diner-ish,"" feel free to come in your jeans and be cozy. The menu has the standard Middle Eastern fare: grape leaves, kebabs, shawarmas. The hummus is EXCELLENT, smooth and nutty, a perfect complement to the tasty spiced meats. It comes with most entrees, so I suggest getting a different appetizer. The portions are generous. We each ordered a shawarma platter and with soup (spicy lentil - yum!), hummus, yellow rice, lots of meat and a heap of salad, we had enough to take home and have a light lunch the next day. The store next door has all the goodies to make your own ME dishes, including an entire aisle of teas, almost as many ready mixed sauce packets for Indian dishes and great prices on bulk spices. Jerusalem's delicious food and great service have made it an instant favorite of ours.
Pros: Good location, Great food
