I needed an opener installed on my garage door. I saw the great reviews on the internet, and I sent an e-mail request via their web site. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day. They hadn't received the electronic message, so if you want these guys (and you should), use the phone. I talked with John, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We made a prompt appointment for the next day. John was there on time, prepared, professional, fast and thorough. He fixed up the door, installed the opener, checked it out and explained everything. His service was all I could have asked for! I wish everyone was a good!! more

Technician was polite and thorough, as well as quick. Most importantly he saved me money by re-programming my keypad and explaining how I can keep it working it effectively, and re-program myself if needed. (I assumed I would need to replace it.) Kudos to him!! more

I've had my new garage door from this garage door company for almost a week now and couldn't be happier with the quality of the door, the service, and the price. John initially came out about a month ago to replace a broken tension spring on my garage door. During the service, he informed me the old wood door (which original to the house) was, literally, on its last hinge and we be a good candidate for replacement. (Normally, I shun this sort of added work, but the old door made horrible and my Wife and I had been thinking about getting it replaced at some point anyway.) The real selling point for, though, was that John would deduct the price of the work already done that day (around $200 for the new spring and labor) and apply it towards the new door. Simply put: it was a deal too good to pass up. I paid a little over $800 total (which includes the $200 previously paid) to get a brand new double metal door installed, including windows, with all the work done in a few hours while I was at work. All I had to do was make the payment--it was as simple as that. Garage doors are one of those things that look extremely simple, but can be extremely dangerous to repair yourself. If you're in the need of garage door repair yourself, and want it done right by knowledgeable friendly people, I can't recommend this garage door repair company enough! more

After reading the Google and the internet reviews I decided to go with this garage door company I found the person who answered the phone to be both courteous and professional. When John was on his way (looks like Steven is expanding), he called me well in advance, which was really nice. Fixed my broken spring and bent rails. He even talked me into going with a lower priced option (one spring as opposed to two). He also gave me some awesome maintenance tips on how to keep the springs going and more advice than I asked for (but was happy to have) on the overall state of the garage door system including the motor, etc. The price was fair--I know I could have paid less for JUST a spring repair, but I'm really happy to keep passionate professionals in business and not risk being delayed again by a bum garage door. Super nice and friendly all around, this garage door company is a no-brainer! more

Eli from this garage door company saved the day. I had filed a claim with my home warranty and they sent out some hack of a garage door repair guy. The guy was shady and dishonest and was clearly out to do as little work as possible for his payment from the home warranty company. He didn't fix my problem (the receiver wasn't sensing the remotes) and just tried to tape two wires together to make the receiver longer. I finally had it and told the home warranty not to send these people back into my house and they sent this company garage door service to the rescue. Now only if they had sent them in the first place... Eli was awesome. Knowledgeable, polite, kind, helpful and willing to help. He even amused me by saying hello to my children who wanted to see "the man in the garage". He quickly and painlessly saved the day! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company garage door service again. In fact in the next couple of years we plan on upgrading our door to a carriage door and I will definitely be calling this company! more

I rarely write reviews for anyone, but I just feel the urge to do something for this Dave guy, who did a superb job to fix an old garage door that other contractors told me that could not be fixed. He not only fixed it, but he also made it work as smoothly as a new one! I see so many good reviews here about him. I guess I am not the only one who likes his work. Personally I like him as well. And he is such a nice guy that you learn a lot about garage doors while watching him work. Good job, Davey, and thank you with my whole heart! more

Alfonso is the man!! I needed my garage door raised from 8' to 9' so that I could install a four post lift to work on my cars. I called the first number I saw in google. The tech came and told me that i would need all new parts for my (brand new) garage door as it was not safe....raising the door and making it safe would only be 900.... Turned off, I called Alfonso due to reviews on the internet. he came and did it for about $200 that day and its perfect! He even came back for a slight adjustment. I wish all home improvement specialists were as honest as Alfonso, the world would be a better place. more
