Car wouldn't start - Jerry's Auto to the rescue 11/2/2015

The headlights didn't automatically turn off on my new car like I expected, and it drained the battery. No problem...Gabe came to the house, got the car started for me and I drove to the shop where they replaced the battery. No charge for the "road" service. This is why I'll continue to be a custome of Jerry's Auto. more

I feel I was overcharged on my shifter cable repair 8/18/2015

My repair was $650 which I felt was high. I specifically asked if aftermarket shift cables were available at a lower price than the $340 Saturn cable. I was told "there are no after market cables available". I checked on line afterward and found several aftermarket cables available for $65-$75 dollars. I was also charged over $300 in labor for what I now know was a 1.5 hour job at max. I am not a happy. more
