This company is a phoney they are not Affordable Health Insurance .I personally am the CEO of Affordable health Insurance based in Arlington Heights,Illinois we have called them several times and the husband seems nice and says will correct however has never done the wife is Rebecca and she is very rude We have had a Chamber drop them for illegally using our name now we have found this so Im making a copy of this phoney ad and sending in to the Insurance Commissioner here in Illinois and have also sent to the FBI since they are using the phone it consitutes wire fraud.Do not fall victum to them.
