I bought a car from Jerry Gradl motors that has had issues since day one. They started out being apologetic and seemingly sincere about resolving the issues, had me drop the car off to them and then proceeded to rush me in and out claiming they fixed the problem while making sure they never gave me any paper work detailing the supposed work they did. Within a week, the same problem occured. They played dumb and offered to fix it again. This sequence of events continued until they finally lied their way through the 60 day lemon law period. Along the way, they actually not only never fixed anything that was wrong, but damaged the car even further by having their ""mechanic"" (who is nothing more than a backyard butcher) working on the car with no fender cover and he scratched both sides of the car horribly with his belt buckle, and replaced steel lines with scraps of airline hose and garden variety hose clamps instead of buying the correct lines. He also ""test drove"" the car and hit an animal (we found indisputable evidence along with the unmistakable smell of rotting animal carcass) which caused the cars alignment to go out of wack, then denied all of it. They also tightened and siliconed leaking gaskets rather than replace them. This place reinforces the term ""Jerry Rig"". They have also made appts. and ""forgot"" about them, after me taking off work to meet their time needs. I just purchased my eighth vehicle from jerry gradl motors.I have nothing but the best experience every time I deal with them. Their vehicles are all 2 to 3 years old with most of them having the balance of the factory warranty. These other review's i'm reading from these people are absolutely insane. Pros: PLEASURABLE EXPERIANCE EVERY TIME..WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERY1 Cons: NONE WHATSOEVER more

totally agree, those guys are horrible. give you nothing for a trade and the selection is poor. One of the worst car shopping experiences I ever had. The car is test drove, the passenger door didn't open and the sales guy had to crawl through the drivers side and had to hold onto the door so it wouldn't fly open. Talk about an omen. I actually stopped the car before leaving the lot, got out and said no thanks buddy and left. HA!!! Talk about rinky dink. Pros: hahahaha Cons: no trade value, poor selection more

I agree with the above post. I went to that place last year, all they had was old cars with high miles and would not go down in price one bit, not once and offered me 2500 less of what my trade would and should be so I was not happy with them and they have a poor business. You'd think they were selling porsche's over there. Hey fella's wake up, you're a small little business that sells old cars. I went to this place to look at vehicle and the salesmen are terrible to put it directly. I dealt with a rockhead named Sam. He had no idea what was going on and he never returned my phonecalls. I had to go in person just to get a straight answer from him. They advertise a car online so I go in person and they tell me the car is in some guys driveway? Are you freakin serious? It's amatuer hour over there 24 7. The bulk of the cars on their lot are at least over 10 years old and just about every car has over 100k on them but they won't give you anything for your trade and they won't go down on their price because they think selling high quality cars. Give me a break!!! I've never dealt with more ignorant people than jerry grundals. They don't call you, they don't give you anything for your trade, they don't fully inspect their vehicle's, it's a circus over there. They need to wake up and realize that they're selling low end cars and nothing more. If you ever deal with a schmuck named Sam just turn around get in your car and drive far far away. I've never had a more worse experience than going there. But if you do manage to get mr personality Sam it may take some time because he's not fully evolved yet.
