The review by Starkey61 to this vendor is inaccurate. Whoever this person is has named me personally in their review and called me a squeeky wheel? I do not know any person in the Bartlesville/Dewey area named Joel and certainly did not have them in my home. No one named Joel is on the phone list of the company I worked for. This is obviously a lie. This is an attempt to discredit my previous review of Jerrico Tile and Carpet (former name of business). Please review the Washington County Court documents published in my previous review and learn the facts for yourself. 5 reviews in one day by your friends/co-workers does not instill confidence in your business. I love working with the folks at Jerrico Tile & Carpet! We have remodeled our Kitchen, 3 Baths, & 2 Living areas. The prices were great - we purchased in stock Porcelain Tile for the Kitchen & Ordered Tile & Carpet for the other areas. The prices are great & everything went in a timely manner! The installers were very quick & efficient & all of the work looks great! I recommend Jerrico Tile & Carpet to all of my friends! Pros: Awesome Service & Awesome Pricing Cons: n/a more

I have to admit I am amazed by the review posted by "VeryVeryDissatisfied"... I have had Jerrico do a large amount of work for me including all of the flooring in my previous home over the last 5 years to the purchase & installation of all of the flooring in the Custom home I had built in 08. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly & go above and beyond what you will find at most establishments. I have never had a problem with any product or installation & Jerrico is my one stop shop for anything flooring! I had been shopping around & decided to try Jerrico Tile & Carpet. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile & a very knowledgeable couple of ladies. They were very helpful but not at all pushy. They showed me around & answered all of my questions (I had a lot of questions too since this was my first "re-flooring" experience. They let me check out several samples and take them home where I could see them with my light... they said thats important since everyones lighting situation is different. My husband & I invited them out to do an estimate that the did for free. A couple days later they called with the estimate. The work was much cheaper than we had imagined & we scheduled it immediately! We had tile, wood, & carpet installed & love it all! I never knew it could be so easy to get a makeover for my house! I recommend Jerrico's services to anyone doing a remodel. My wife did most of the "picking-out" so to say but I was at home during Installation of Tile on the first day and went back to work on the 2nd through the rest of the week. We had Travertine installed throughout the house & got it at a bargain price- $3.50 s.f. We shopped around & found that was by far the best deal. The installers were very clean & knowledgeable. I gave them a key and they let themselves in in the mornings & out in the evenings & I watched the progress every night when I returned home from work. They installed 2500 s.f. of Travertine in 1 week and it looks great! The day they were done grouting they returned the key & they answered any questions I had. I will return to Jerrico & recommend it to everyone! Pros: Great Deals & Great Installation more

Aweful experience taking 2 years to resolve, and only by suing this company. After exhusting all avenues including, one on one with retailer, credit card company and B B B which Jerrico refused to arbitrate, we filed law suit and finally won judgement of original cost, damages and legal fees. This can be verified by going to Oklahoma, Washington County website www.odcr . com Case CJ-07-00393. After this review I would make your own judgement if this is the flooring company for you. Pros: Absolutely NONE! Cons: Everything you can image! more
