I'm giving only 2 stars because I called around to a few places and only this one could give me a Friday appointment but the car wasn't even looked at until the following Monday. ...

Auto Repair 4/29/2014

I have been very happy with the service there and appreciate the atmosphere of friendliness with Jeremiah and Laura. I do feel,however, that there is room for improvement in communication. There is sometimes a tendency to fix things that were not scheduled to be fixed without trying to get a hold of us to ask for permission to fix them first. But, for the most part, I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend Jeremiah's to others. more

Excellent! 4/16/2014

I am once again very satisfied with the service I recieved from Jeremiah's. I dropped my car off in the morning and they drove me to my place of work. They completed what needed done and brought my car directly to me. It was easy for me and very convenient. I always appreciate the kind, honest work I get when I go there. more

Rotors and Calipers 3/23/2014

Had front brake pads replaced hoping that this would be enough to solve the noise problem. But no, so had front calipers and rotors replaced... have taken vehicle back since his was completed for metal to metal grinding noise and he fact that the cruise control no longer works since I had the work done. Was told that everything looked OK and that the pads need time to seat, which I already knew, but metal to metal grinding is still present. Also was told that my cruise control problem may be related to bad control module so I'm having it replaced on Tuesday and hope they can figure out the metal to metal grinding noise and cruise problems fixed with the new control module. more

Laura consulted with me before work commenced about the advantages of different oil types, the condition of my filter and whether or not it should be replaced. I frequently recommend Jeremiah's to others so YES, I would recommend Jeremiah's!!! more

Ive came there before, and had great service and in a timely matter, but this time, my car was there for a week just to look at it, I feel that it could have been done a lot sooner, I had no car for a week. I had to keep calling to check on it, to find out they didn't have time to do it.. more

Always helpful 2/4/2014

My Saturn battery died. AAA started the car, but did not check the life of the battery. I took the car to Jeremiah to check the car. He found the battery bad and dealt with AAA for replacement. more
