POOR/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSTILE COMMUNICATION\r \r Product sold was misleading and seller refused to cancel order. After explaining this was the wrong product for my bike and offered to buy in the future the seller got Hostile and even telling me I was a liar. After reviewing seller’s recent negative feedback and Google feedback this seller has had many unhappy customers in the same position and even denied those being customers and takes ZERO blame for inaccurate listings and details. I expect this seller to reply negatively and rudely. Prime example of a bad business. DON’T BE A VICTIM\r more

i ordered motorcycle merchandise from this store,I called back about an hour later asking if its ok, to change my order. the guy puts down the phone thinking he put me on hold and turns to his boss starting with ""hey, this sh*thead that bought...."". anyways after our conversation I bring it up to him that I actually overheard his conversation, only to be smacked in the face with a ""yea so what"" comment before he shut the phone on me.. Instead of some kind of apology I was an out of state buyer, I just stood their speechless over the phone I don't know how these guys are running their business. I have a pretty good idea their customer service is a bit lacking... cheap prices or not, disrespect like that towards customers, I rather buy my merchandise from somewhere else. more
