You are the best insurance agent out there! I would recommend you to anyone I know. I can remember the first time we met when I was signing up with you, and you were adamant about meeting and getting to know more about me. It was then that I was taken aback because I've never had a business transaction that was like that. In fact you are the example of what all insurance agents should be doing! I have had the Pleasure of 5/3/2011

"I have had the Pleasure of working with Pirie and Heather Hartter for several years, and haven't' ever had a problem with either my home owners or Auto policies even when it was a very large claim. Recently I had a very large claim due to storm related damage to my home, and thanks to effort by Piries and Heater's outstanding work on my behalf the claim was handled in professionally and with little disruption to my life even though we couldn't use our kitchen for over a month!
