Jenni's Bridal Boutique

I went to a larger prom/bridal shop in Rochester last Satruday, that was not organized and very busy. They would not order a dress in my size only what was in the store. So we left and happened upon Jenni's Bridal /Prom shop and we were just given the best service ever! I tried on a dress, it was just gorgeous but I needed a different color. They ordered it and it is already in, a week later! I am just thrilled with the service and assistance from the people there, Jennifer was the person that helped me out the most! For the person that wanted the store to be separated out more from the prom stuff, it is definately split and the brides are greeted at a different desk even! I don't understand why it was a problem, because the dressing rooms and display areas were definately on the other sides of the store. I would definately recommend this store to anyone looking for a great dress with superior service! more

I went to this store last weekend and it was overtaken by prom girls and their moms and friends. There was only one other bride in the store. I had even made an appointment I was helped and able to try on a few dresses but wasn't too impressed with the results. I may go back and give them another chance. I understand prom is a big deal, but maybe separate the store up a little big more so the brides and their families aren't dealing with hyper high school girls trying on a million dresses. There is a big difference in a happy bride who is spending over $1000 in the store and a prom goer who is spending $100.
