I have used Jennings Plumbing for my business as well as for my home. The experience has always been very easy. I just gave them the information, told them what needed to be done and they called me back when the work was complete. There is not a lot of needless interaction, which is perfect. I tell them what the situation is and they fix it. I believe Jennings Plumbing is really fair. I had their work verified and everything was exactly as they said, so I know they are trustworthy. Also, they always interact in a friendly a manner. I also like that they charge a flat fee, which has not always been my experience with pluming companies, so I know exactly what to expect going in.
