A very well-known, well-advertised plumbing company had told me several months ago that it would cost about $800 to fix the streaming leak in our tub faucet. I absolutely could not afford it, and I literally begged them to do whatever temporary fix they could -- which they did, in ten minutes, for $85.
By last month, the faucet was streaming again. Thinking it over, I decided I didn't want to pay for that company's expensive TV advertising -- so I started calling around to less well-known plumbers, and I lucked into Jennings Plumbing.
Mr. Jennings listened to my problem and was shocked at the price I'd been quoted. He sent a team to check it out, and they fixed it in 45 minutes -- for ONE-EIGHTH of the other plumber's price. When I asked about a broken toilet, they told me how to repair it myself with a $5 part from Home Depot.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jennings had told me how to get the necessary part for our broken water heater at no charge (due to a known fault in the product), saving me almost $200.
Jennings did an outstanding job for us, and they went out of their way to keep the costs down. They were honest, professional, and more than fair in every way -- and on top of that, they were simply nice people.
Jennings Plumbing has my very highest recommendation.
