Sean has been here before. He always does a good job. He shows me everything he is doing. I trust him. He even put a free battery in my thermostat. something I knew needed to be done but asked him to do it for me . I did not want to mess it up.. I'm old. e more

Ken was very professional and helpful. He was very thorough and because of that, he averted an expensive repair, at least for the time being. He also cleaned up a lot of water that had leaked. I would call Jennings again. more

#Love Jennings 10/3/2018

Our technician was Andy C. We had a noise coming from our condenser pump and called Jennings, because the company that had installed our new system about 3 years ago had went out of business (retired). They offered multiple time windows which worked perfectly. Andy was very courteous, polite, thorough, helpful, and informative. He explained to my husband that our condenser pump really just needed cleaned and offered to do it. My husband said he thought he could do it, but appreciated Andy's information. Andy also checked our water heater, furnace efficiency, for gas leaks, vents, carbon monoxide monitoring, and offered to check the fuse box - that would be the "junk room" where he would not have been able to get to it. He was very efficient and was very good with our 4-legged canine child. Andy and Jennings are top quality at what they do!! Thanks! more

Jennings Review. Part One 9/24/2018

The guys are all very helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to ask any questions and even making small talk here and there.They are very conscientious and take great care in keeping their work areas clean and they comply with every request. Two areas of opportunity were in the area of tracking dirt into the house when taking rest room breaks and placing tools and parts on the washer next to the work area, causing minor scratching of the washer top. (Next time placing a towel before using it as a staging area would be advisable) more

Andy is the guy 9/3/2018

Our Air Conditioner went out today,the day it was 90 degrees out and getting hotter every day this week. So i called J. H. And cooling,it was 10:30pm. Andy came right out. He was prompt,thorough,and the nicest tech guy ever! My 3 year old was following him around the house and talking to him the entire time. Andy was just as sweet to my son. He never acted BOTHERED by him or annoyed one bit. He also went through the house just to do a safety check and make sure everything else is o.k. We are lifelong customers for sure! If you want someone who gets the job done and done well, Andy is the guy for you! more

Service for August 8, 2018 8/8/2018

I thought Alex did a good job. He noticed that my furnace filter was more dirty than it should be after less than a week of use and suggested possible fixes for it. While checking the air conditioning he noticed the following: the unit was slightly tilted and should be evened out, there was a small tree/weed growing too close to it and he removed it, and that there was a large hornet's nest next to it. I appreciate his suggestions and his thoroughness. more

Good outcome for a bad situation. 7/19/2018

Sean was very helpful and kind. Thorough and took his time to find our problem. He explained everything so that we understood what we needed to do to get the outcome we needed. I prayed for God to direct me to find a reputable company and I was out driving and looked up and I was passing Jennings Heating and Cooling. My God answers prayers. Thank you Sean for helping us. I feel very confident that our issue will be handled to our satisfaction. more

Service 1/31/2018

Andy Cagle was the serviceman that came to work on my electric tankless hot water heater. He came late in the afternoon, which I thought he would have already been off work, but he wasn’t and he still came. Even though it was a long day for him, he was very pleasant, he worked on my water heater and didn’t rush through it or shortcut anything like other company’s have done in the past....and when he left I had hot water that stayed hot with no fluctuations! I am very happy with Jenning’s and all the servicemen they have sent for the services I needed and any installations I’ve had done. more

Tech Dave's Heating Install 12/22/2017

I was a little hesitant on how involved the install would be since I had my elderly Mother at home and wanted to keep her comfortable. When Dave introduced himself he was very professional and reassuring as to how the install would be done from removal of old equipment and install of new. Once job was completed, you couldn't tell they had been there except we had a brand new furnace. This was the best experience ever! more
