I have come to learn that Tara's company is different then other management companies in that she is able to offer very flexible terms and services to meet most anyone's property management needs. She can even meet with clients who wish to manage their own properties to help them set up the venture properly. On one side, Tara can review agreements, screen applicants, and find tenants and the owner can collect the rent and take care of the maintenance, or she can do it all and truly manage the property. One of the services she offers is itemizing and prioritizing future expenses. She can even set up an escrow account to save for the upcoming large expenses such as a new roof, if that is what the owner needs. This organization is locally owned and operated and I like that. They treat you like their only client and that is hard to find. I also really like that they are willing to customize some when the situation warrants it. No ""one size fits all' plan for property owners and that is great for someone who doesn't own dozens of properties. Oh yeah and they are very competitive in price! Who doesn't like that. No more late night calls from tenants asking for the plumbing to be fixed. The team takes care of all of that!!! and...the property rental rate is awesome. Now it's empty ....now it's rented. Yippee!! more
