During the phone call to advise me of the necessary repairs and associated cost, I also authorized an oil and oil filter change. This oil and oil filter change was not done. more

Jenkins got me right in and diagnosed my problem and had the car ready by the end of the day. Shuttle service was not used but will really help in the future. Lifetime warranty on parts and service is great. Been burned by other places replacing parts that could be the problem instead of taking the time to get to the root of the problem. more

We needed someone to figure out the problem and give us the price range; we appreciated the video Jenkins sent us to show what they found, and the different ideas they came up with to suit our current situation. They started out with us trusting and appreciating them and that is GOLDEN KEY to a successful business. Currently our other car is there and it feels good to trust in them. more
