Ruined my car 3/24/2010

Annual inspection turned into nearly $2,000 in repairs. The car was perfect when we brought it in. They claimed the car needed brakes and we agreed - they damaged the wheel sensor (ABS & Track) and we paid to fix it. When we picked up the car the wheel bearings were shot - Toyota dealer found salvage parts installed. Dont let them destroy your car - stay away. more

Not perfect, but they are honest 11/26/2008

I've known one of the guys - Bill - for many years. He used to be the only one who would work on my VW vanagon. If you can leave the car with them, they are pretty good. Much, much better than Merchant's which is just up the street. Never go to Merchant's. Ever. more

Break Off Those Locking Lug Nuts 3/22/2006

Well, I have to say for the first time in my life this last winter I lost my locking lug nut tool and I had a flat tire courtesy of some nice driver who had pieces falling off their car on 250 one day. I took my car up to Jenkins, they charged me $50 to take break off 4 lug nuts and then replace them with some cheap generic lug nuts. But they did break them off fast and sent me on my way quick. more
