Customer service 12/8/2016

Customer service is everything to me. Even though they're pretty high in price, I had no problem with the work on my golf cart and they finished on time. BUT--Some of the ladies in the office are rude and condescending. I work very hard for my money and hate rewarding confrontational and argumentative behavior. I'll go somewhere else next time. more

Jenco keeps charging and charging 3/19/2011

Paid them twice to fix the same problem and still had the problem. Same problem with the golf cart still happened and they wanted to charge me a third time claiming something different was wrong. Owner actually started calling me names, cut me off in mid sentence several times telling me I had to listen to him. Very rude, very bad service. I bought the cart there, paid them twice to fix a problem. It is the last $ they will get from me. more
