Bad management, bad customer service. RUDE staff. Can't read simple instructions on a groupon. Will not honor price customer paid for the groupon. Im only out 9 dollars but they are out hundreds on what I was going to spend on two birthday parties in April. I guess sometimes a managers pride is more important to her than the money the owners need to keep their business alive. I'm a business owner too..... the manager walked away in the middle of a talk... only then did I raise my voice. She also tore up my property, and when I told he she needed to tape it back up and retun it to me, was given a roll of tape and the torn up document. I was told that I could not use the amount I paid for the groupon (promotional rate-as it had expired) That I would lose my money even though the groupon clearly stated that i could use promotional value in one visit. They would not even sell me popcorn or a drink with it. That is all it would have taken to make me happy. To get the money I spent back, and for the directions on the groupon to be followed. In short- they are out the birthday party money, any future business, and any future business from close friends. May not be much but in this economy, it could mean make it or break it. \r
Rules they did not follow: \r
