My husband is a licensed Journeyman Plumber by the State of Hawaii.... Otherwise he couldn't do plumbing. Plumbers and Electricians must be licensed by the State of Hawaii to do Plumbing and Electrical. This is a law with the State of Hawaii. Pros: Jeff's prices are fare, He stands behind his work. more

RIP OFFS! Overcharges for job and hourly rates! 12/24/2009
