Outstanding, quick service as usual.

Worst

when you rotated my tires on my f-150 you put 45 psi air in them. the sticker on the truck calls for 35 psi and the tires are marked "Maximum Inflation 44 psi". had I not checked...

tire rotation 5/17/2013

when you rotated my tires on my f-150 you put 45 psi air in them. the sticker on the truck calls for 35 psi and the tires are marked "Maximum Inflation 44 psi". had I not checked them right away and lowered the pressure it could have led to a blowout in this heat! this was my first visit and I'm not real impressed. more

Unexpected interference 5/14/2013

When I got my car back I noticed that someone had reset my trip odometer. I use that odometer to check my mileage and I did not appreciate someone touching something they have no business touching. more

Considerate and thorough 5/13/2013

Quality work for a good price. They always explain things to me so I can understand (with my limited understanding of cars). The service they provided took longer than they anticipated so they went the extra mile and returned my car to me at home and gave me an extra discount. I appreciate their good customer service and willingness to always make it right if anything goes wrong. more

Yes I must say I was impressed with your technicians and their professionalism toward my issues. My car is running great even with a cracked belt. I just wish I could have had all the work done that my car needs (belt replacement, brakes, tranny tune up). I am aware of the work it needs and have been for some time. You technicians just confirmed it for me and didn't try and sell be a bill of goods. more
