Best Kitchen & Bath Company 4/29/2008

I used Jeffreys & Lutjen and I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company and the work that they did at my house. I had my kitchen done and bathrooms. Everyone who comes over can not say enough about the workmanship that was done on my house. The customer service was outstanding and they were always there to do the job and were on time. They even finished the job earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyonwe who needs a kitchen and bathroom. You will not be sorry that you worked with them on your projects. They treat your home like it is theirs. Pros: The workers were outstanding Cons: None found more

sloppy work Unprofessional.inferior quality wood. 4/14/2008

We had our kitchen redone by J&L. When you pay so much money to remodle you expect "artwork", My cabinets I'd describe as shoddy work at best. Nailholes everywhere, splinters and screws where they attached the cabinets to the wall. Gaps filled in with bonding at the joint of the molding. They are 14 months over contract and the work is still not done. I keep calling them and they don't return my calls. I am getting the feeling that we are getting ripped off ! more
