Be careful hiring this man. He initially does good, quality work, has a couple of very respectful crew helping him but does tend to not finish the job after getting his final pay. He gets very irrate when asked to come back and finish up his job. As the other letters read, I had the same exact experience with him when I called to ask him when he would be coming back to finish work he had already been paid for. He went ballistic, cursing, using much profanity and anger. We do not want him on our property ever again. He is a loose bomb ready to go off. He appeared to be out of control and possibly dangerous when he gets to that point. more

We hired this man to build a screened porch on an existing patio. At first he was very friendly, a little slow with building the porch but he was doing a good job. We paid him for the job in 3 installments and after he got the final chk he needed to complete the project he didn't show up for 3 weeks!! With repeated attempts to contact him to see when he was going to finish the project he eventually got back in touch with us and became very belligerent. In emails he used very profane, threatening language. My husband told him he was no longer allowed on our property because he felt he was a threat to our family!!! Needless to say we our having to finish the porch ourselves and are pursuing legal action!!! Very unprofessional, unhinged man!!!! Do not hire!! more

Jeff Pearson did not show for three scheduled appointments. He did not call to advise that he would be late. When he called to reschedule which was two days later, he didn't apologize for missing the appointment.
