This is the WORST insurance agency that I have ever been to. They are liars who heartlessly steal people's money! I say this in the litters sense, if you do go with them do NOT put automatic payment! They got into my account when I was no longer their customer and withdrew 217 dollars ... And now they refuse to refund them to me along with the refund I was supposed to receive. They even called the cops on me when I was in the parking lot talking to statefarm on the phone. They told the cops I had made a bomb threat and that I pushed the receptionist around. Crazy since I can barely walk with my two babies! They are horrible people who State Farm gives all the power to make decisions so you can never do anything unless you speak with him! more

I am so disappointed ! I have been using state farm for over 10 years and located to the Camillus area from Montana. Called Jeff at state farm and got a quote needless to say it was very high. called another state farm office the next day and got a much lower quote . hmmmm how can the same company be so far off ? any way I would recommend using another insurance company not happy with them at all. . Very unprofessional ! more

This office employs the most incompetant unprofessional women I have ever had to experience!. Jeff is great, I have been with him as an agent for over 20 years, but the girls that hehires are more concerned with their outfit for the day than they are their customers. I called to ask for their fax number and they give me their phone number. They issue me temporary cards with the wrong last name so I have to ask again. Let's employ some professionals! more
