I had a spectacular experience using Jeff D’Ambrosio Chrysler for my recent car buying experience. I was given more than a fair offer on my trade in and my salesman, Dave was more than helpful when it came to finding a desirable car that met my financial needs. I would not hesitate to highly recommend seeing Dave for any and all car buying needs. He was helpful, funny and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. proud owners of a new Jeep 11/11/2012

We could not be anymore thrilled about our brand new Jeep. All white, loaded and just what we wanted. We got a fantastic lease deal we could not pass up. Service too sales 11/3/2012

We were a little unhappy when we had to take our caravan in for service to find out it would cost a ton of money to get it back running. So we decided to see if they had a used van that would be more reasonable and running, instead of dumping 2800 dollars into a 10 year old van. We ended up finding a 3 year old van at a great deal. Glad they were so helpful with our situation. Came in for service and ended up in a new van. The process was simple and the staff was friendly. We recommend them. more

Internet Sales 10/22/2012

Searched the internet and found the car that interested us. So we made a trip to the local dealer in town, due to the friendly staff on the phone who encouraged us to come take a drive to make sure it was what we wanted. Ended up purchasing same day. Great overall experience financing was a lot easier than we had anticipated, because of our last experience with a dealership. Glad we stayed local. more

Great location, modern and clean building . I enjoyed my salesmen and felt no pressure to buy. For me Chrysler sales itself. This is my third Chrysler and each one has been a great long lasting vehicle. Jeff D'Ambrosio has always had a great selection and a very knowledgeable and encouragement staff. When I test drive a car they encourage you to ask questions about the vehicle so you can become familiar with the car. more

We went in prepared to fight for what was agreed to by phone. We did not need to. Very honest people from sales to finance. They never tried to slip anything past me. In fact, they made the experience a pleasure. I would buy from again anytime. more

Refreshing 9/8/2012

Great to go to a dealer with no hard pressure the first time in the door. This was so refreshing, they were very accommodating and extremely conscientious and, more importantly my sales man is still available after the purchase I made, to answer questions regarding my new car such as garage programming and incidentals. Thank you Jeff D'Ambrosio for doing things right. more

I bought from Jeff D’Ambrosio because they have a good reputation in the local community. I felt comfortable working with Mike. He sent emails in reguards to the car I was interested in. After a few email back and forth, we set an appointment to come in a test drive. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He made my buying experience a pleasure. Thanks again Mike more

Local dealer 8/16/2012

Being our local dealer we felt we had to stop by and check what they had for offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most knowledgeable and polite salesman. I had test drove all day which was a nice change of pace. We ended up finding a suitable vehicle for us. At first the price was way out of our range but they went out of their way to get us the price we needed. Thanks to Mike we left that day, and we purchased from a local dealer. I recommend them. more
