Jim, the owner of Jed Heating, spoke with me directly to answer many of my questions when my parents' A/C went on the fritz. They were able to dispatch a technician, Gerard, within 2 hours who met me at my parents' place. He was thorough and patient as he examined the unit and did his best to service it in the hopes of salvaging it at least through the end of the summer. He went back out to talk with my folks the next day when they called. Gerard was very honest and, again, very patient with them. I would call Jed again and ask for Gerard!
