Too expensive. $50 to get a jersey tapered, and $35 to hem a dress. There are better deals elsewhere.

I will never go back to Jean's Alterations. I left a leather vest with them to sew a patch on to. I also had a pin on the vest that resembled silver but wasn't, that had great meaning for me. My club gave my ""crone"" pin to me when I turned 50. When I received the vest back the pin was missing . I brought it to the attention of Jean and she acted like she couldn't care less. I asked her to see if one of her employees ran across it and she acted like I was bothering her. I had to go buy my own crone pin to replace it. I tell every biker I know not to use her. She's a creep. more

I have to disagree, I haven't been able to witness the aim to please. I went here to get a patch digitized, they took it upon them selves to make the patch and to top it off didn't even have the right colors. Said they couldn't get the right colors, then wouldn't give me the digitized version of the patch I originally went in to pay for. After consistently trying to work with them to get it right, they never kept any word they gave on the process or what I could do to make it better. And kept my money to boot. I know a few people who were lucky and received good service but the warnings I heard about coming here out weighed the good reports. I have recently found another patch place that is doing exactly what I need with the correct colors and the real blessing is the stitch is better and the price is cheaper. Beware coming here! more

Owner was rude to me as well. I told her that her prices seem very high and were in fact higher than another lady on Pat Booker. She said ""Well go do business with her"", to which I said - you bet I will and have/do. I've spent approx 600.00 in alterations over this past year alone. Jeans' loss. more

Rude owners 1/31/2011

These people apparently do ok jobs sometimes, but they charge up the ass for stupid little fixes and apparently they don't ALWAYS do such a good job. On top of it all they're rude. So don't waste your time and find another company to do your alterations. more

Military name tags 6/23/2009

I had two name tags done here and the lettering was to small and you could not see any detail to the name tag. It look like a garble of thread were the Master crew member insignia was at. plus the lettering was two small, The price was too high also. Next time I will have it done in Korea were they do it right or at KB logo were their reviews on there work is a lot better. Cons: does not know how to do militaty name tags more

Horrible alterations 7/25/2007

I went here to get my bridesmaids dress altered. It was a halter dress that buttoned behind my neck. I needed the straps behind my neck altered, and the hem shorter. They charged me $54 to get this done. I was shocked...it was half the price of the darn dress. When I asked the other bridesmaids who got the same work done how much they paid elsewhere, everyone had said under $30. Not only did I get ripped off, but the straps that were altered behind my neck were uneven which made my dress awkward on my body. The whole entire day I had to keep pulling my dress straight. All the other bridesmaids kept asking me what the heck was wrong with my dress. All the pictures of me coming down the aisle, my dress was uneven, so I look like an idiot. After taking off the dress, I held up the straps of the dress, and one side was about 1 inch longer than the other. I will NEVER take anything back here again. It was a simple alteration that needed to be done, and they screwed it up and overcharged. more

Hem too short 6/13/2006

My pant's hem was almost a full inch shorter than I asked for. Getting the length right is as important as doing it beautifully. more
