Bad Place for Optical Services 3/23/2009

I ordered Anti-Glare coating from JCPenney Optical. On their counter they have pictures that show a significant difference between anti-glare coating and no coating while driving at night. I received my glasses with anti-glare coating. However I can tell NO DIFFERENCE at all. Even my wife could not tell any difference in glare. They refuse to refund my money. I can understand custom products cannot be refunded if someone changes their mind or doesn't like the style etc. But that is not the issue. This issue is that I was sold a defective product that does not work. They were totally uncooperative. Do not buy optical products here. Pros: Good Prices...but... Cons: Quality of Anti-Glare product is suspect more
