I was a coach potato until I found Jazzercise. I love coming to class because it is so fun and the music is great. Rhonda gives you the personal attention you need and the facility is beautiful.I love Jazzercise its the only workout I have ever been able to stick with .I have been going for 5 years and have gone down to a size 6 and have been able to stay that size.I Iove working- out at Jazzercise. more

The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. Dance yourself fit to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale.
