Wow, what a great shop, a PADI 5 Star, loaded with Scuba Gear. I was very impressed and I was really impressed with Pam. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the equipment. I bought a complete package and she had me come to the pool to make sure I was comfortable with it. Everything she sized for me was right on. Also this shop does a lot of local diving which is great. A bunch of fun divers work here and the shop is always entertaining. Thanks Berry Staff !!! Pros: Great equipment, knowledgeable staff, Great service/pricing more

The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale.
