I've been to all the studios in NYC and this one is by far the nicest. 9 separate ballrooms, a full cafe and bar featuring hand brewed coffee and a nice wine selection. The staff is friendly, and the instruction is top notch. I went to check it out when I heard that the cast of Burn the Floor was doing workshops here. There are two entrances to the building and I took the wrong one to begin, so I was a little late. You have to take the East entrance which doesn't seem as prominent as the first entrance I saw.. anyway... I was very impressed with the staff and the space. Plus, the coffee really is amazing... who would think in a dance studio, you can get the best coffee in midtown. Intelligentsia brand coffee that they grind and brew when ordered. No more Starbucks for me.
Pros: Huge space, great cafe, incredible location
Cons: entrance can be tricky to find
