Jazzercise Mililani is a great way to meet new friends and workout to exciting music! We have all ages and fitness levels so you'll fit right in! Haven't exercised for a while? No worries I demonstrate both low impact and high impact. Everyone exercises at their own pace.
Classes also held at Mililani Rec Center 5 on Tuesday and Thursdays 6:15 - 7:15pm. One hour of full body workout including cardio, muscle toning and strengh and stretch cool down. Join us soon!
