My nephew wanted a bullet necklace for his birthday. I called Kendra and asked if they had any in stock. They were currently out. She went on a search for a month straight I believe to find me that necklace. She found one and my nephew couldn't be happier, he wears that necklace everywhere. They went above n beyond for me and I can't thank them enough!! Thank you!! more

Dress up before you go 9/12/2005

My fiance and I went to this store looking for a pocket watch as we were told they had a good selection. We were wearing shorts and T shirts and had my young daughter with us. We also had a very large amount of cash because we were expecting to purchase an expensive item. As we were walking to the counter we were asked what we were looking for and advised by the salesperson and her manager that they were sure they did not have any merchandise in our price range. more
