Jay's always does a great job. They make you aware of any potential problems without trying to pressure you into buying something you may not need. I have recommended them and had a friend use there service with great satisfaction. I tell friends about them all the time. Only place I have my vehicle worked on. more

Another job well done 3/1/2014

The windshield washer fluid was not spraying on the windshield. Since the windshield washer reservoir is located in a place that is hard to get to, Jay ordered a windshield washer motor just in case it had to be replaced to avoid extra labor charges in case that was the problem. As it turned out, only a fuse had to be replaced, which Jay did & then he returned the motor. Angie & Jay also noticed that I had driven 5000 miles since the last oil change so that was done after consulting with me, saving me another trip. Jay is honest and does his best to keep the cost of repairs as low as possible to fix the problem. Since I have only one car, Jay drove me home & picked me up after the repair & oil change were completed. I highly recommend Jay's Service Center. more

Even though it took some time to get my vehicle back, through no fault of Jay's, I will always use them for my repairs. Their concern that my vehicle leave in excellent shape and at a reasonable cost means a lot to me. more

Trustworthy, timely, and fair priced. 1/30/2014

I took my car in on Friday morning because it was making a noise when I turned. Jay called me that afternoon with a diagnoses and estimate . The car was ready to pick up by Monday evening and has been running like a charm since. I am very happy and will be a returning customer. more

fixed what I asked you to fix 1/21/2014

Its been several days since I got my car back and I am very pleased with the work I had done at Jays. I was on a tight budget and even though my old car could use more work he only fixed what I told him I wanted fixed. That got me back on the road and to work and lowered my stress level a bunch. He did this in 24 hours time at a reasonable price. It was a strut assembly and cv axle. He kept the job at the price he quoted. Yes, I will be using him for more car repairs in the future. more

As usual wonderful experience, it was discovered during my routine oil change, my water pump was leaking. Jay was able to work me in and take care of my problem which prevented major issues. And even took me home while the repairs were being made. Thank you..... more
