an ok place for dinner 8/6/2005

When you're in the mood for some pretty good food, jay's place is for you. They have a very small menu, but the quality of the food is very good but expensive. Steak, seafood, a small bar, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely eat there again! Located on Oneonta's west end. more
