Mean! The guy who owns Jayhawk guttering is really mean. Poor customer service, doesn't even come close. I called for an estimate on gutters for a home that I am buying and he was totally unprofessional. He griped about doing a free estimate for our situation (negotiating with the seller on fixing the gutters) and when he finally did the estimate he was upset because I had another company doing a quote also. He said "you guys run us ragged doing all these estimates, when you only need one." 'You guys,' like I represent the entire population. And I did need two estimates because I wanted two estimates. A consumer shouldn't feel bullied by anyone to just take their price and service level and not shop around. I'm glad I don't have this guy with his bad attitude climbing all over my new house!
Pros: There are plenty of other gutter companies to choose from.
Cons: The guy was upset he had to conduct a free estimate. Even though he advertises "Free Estimates."
