It was our saleswoman's ""first day"" working at Nissan. My husband and I showed interest in a new Pathfinder and asked her what the list price was. She ran inside and was gone for about 10 mintues. We tired of waiting, so we starting walking toward our vehicle and she ran back outside, waving the keys at us, saying, ""I've got the keys! Let's go for a drive!"" My husband explained to her that we didn't want a test drive, just a simple list price. She got really offended and asked us what our agenda was. Again, for the third time, my husband told her we just wanted a price. She became awkward and told us that her boss was going to be really angry at her because he really wanted us to take a test drive. My husband said, ""sorry. But we never asked for a testdrive, just a simple list price."" Then she said she was going to go talk to her boss again and we told her we needed to leave. She bolted inside the office and ran out with her boss, who tried to flag us down as my husband put his vehicle in reverse and exited the property. What a waste of time. We do not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. They have no regard for a customer's needs and have severe earwax blockage.
Pros: Hmm...
Cons: Too many to count.
