Jay Eldridge has handled my own insurance, as well as the insurance of several of my family members, for years now. I am always impressed by the quality of service that Jay and his staff consistently deliver. Jay is always patient and helpful with any questions I may have about my coverage, and calls are returned promptly. Unlike other agents I've worked with in the past, I feel like Jay really took the time to help me figure out what coverage I needed, rather than trying to get the most money out of me.
