Jay Andrews Salon & Spa

We had a very bad experience with color at this salon. We had to go to another Aveda Salon for a COLOR CORRECTION because the treatment was so horrible. I do not recommend this salon for color treatment - I can't speak to any other service, I just know this was horrible. more

I cannot say enough good things about the Jay Andrews Salon. After the Hair and Face Lounge in Cary royally screwed up my hair, Kat at Jay Andrews was able to get my hair back to its original color with the perfect highlights. I have now been getting my hair done by Kat for almost two years and have sent many people to Jay Andrews. Everyone I sent was extremely pleased with whatever stylist they had and continues to return. The girls at Jay Andrews Salon are worth every penny and I highly recommend Kat and the rest of the Jay Andrews staff for whatever you need. more

Great Salon. I have been going to jay andrews for years and have NO complaints. It is always a wonderful experience when I am there. The receptionists are very friendly and i absolutely LOVE the scalp massage!!! My cuts are always great because the stylists pay great attention to what I want for my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an awesome salon experience. more

Absolutely hate this place! Went in for a long bob/slightly past shoulder length hair cut and came out with a short bob all the way up my neck. I went in with long hair, way past my shoulders that could fit into a medium length braid, medium/high pony tail and into a high topknot bun. Left the salon not able to do any of those things and can BARELY scrape my hair into a tiny pony tail now. EXTREMELY displeased more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have to take the time to recommend this place. After moving to Raleigh, I had the hardest time finding a good hair stylist. After 3 bad highlight jobs, I thankfully found Kat at Jay Andrews. I have been going to here for a year now and my hair has never looked better. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I never see a person walk out with a bad cut or dye job. I highly recommend Kat at Jay Andrews. more

I had been referred to jay andrews by a friend and decided to check it out. I visited the Beaver Creek location in February and had a fantastic experience! I was greeted by a lovely girl at the front desk and offered a glass of wine while i waited for my stylist. I sat down and in no time was greeted by my stylist...I wish i could remember her name but i do remember that she was very kind and knowledgeable. A few months later i found the new location in Morrisville, Which happens to be very close to my house. I decided to check out the new location and had an equally outstanding visit. The girls at the front desk were amazing and the stylist really LISTENED to what I wanted. I once again left with a fantastic hair cut and feeling wonderful. I would definately recommend either location. more

I was extremely happy when I left jay andrews salon! My last hair dresser who I had been going to for years had to move away which made me sad of course and I was nervous trying a new place but I had the best experience. After getting my hair cut and color done which was exactly the color I was going for, I decided to have a facial especially since they were having specials on them. The facial was so relaxing and much needed! I would highly recommend this salon and spa to any one looking for a new place to go. Very friendly and helpful staff. more

Today was my third visit and I can not share how pleased I am with both my new - shiny - beautiful hair color and style, and the amazing facial that left my skin glowing. \r The entire staff is extremely courteous, and the ambiance a nice reprieve from my hectic days.
