I have been going to Frank Jackson for 10 years, I have followed him all over Palm Springs. I receive rave reviews every time I have my color done and have sent him many clients. I wouldn't let anyone else do my hair. The drive I make is well worth it. Pros: The best color and cut in town Cons: drawback for me is I drive 30 miles each way more

Great Color 4/17/2009

Frank is now at Heads Up Hair Designs on Palm Canyon. I had heard about him from some friends and went in for color/cut. He did an awesome job! I am usually very had to please so I was very glad to meet someone who listened so well and could produce the results I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone (and have)! Pros: attentive service, great color more

The staff was friendly and fun. The hair cut was even better. Can't wait to try their other services. Will be going back for sure. more
