Horrible service now.They used to be much better. It was highly recommended by a friend. I Wonder whether the horrible service is caused by current bad supervisor/manager at the facility.Brought my car for a carwash. I used to pay $15. Without asking me first the guy at the computer enter a service for Vip and Express Drive - Pur, a total of $53.40. He then talked me into accepting it, promising that the car would get great care. I then got a service worth less than $15. At the end they forgot the Express Drive-Pur (worth $20) and when they told me that the car was ready I reminded them that they forgot about the extra service I had paid for. When I wanted to put my grocery in the car, I discovered the back of the car wasn't vacuum at all. I was pretty upset. Not only was I tricked into this so call better car wash service for $53.40, I felt ripped off. I think that the upsell and lousy service is their current normal practice. When I confronted the manager with it he didn't show to be surprised. He even acted like a bully and showed bad customer service skill. Instead of apologizing to an unhappy customer he yelled at me and telling me that the back of the car was not included in the $53.40 service. When I asked for his name he refused to give it. Then he realized that his name is on his shirt and then he told me his name. Later when I asked for his senior/owner he refused to give that too. He also followed me around in the facility making sure that none of the employees will give me the name of the owner. Everytime I tried to ask an employee for the name of the owner, the manager showed up from nowhere. Seeing the manager coming the employee then would tell me that I could not speak to the owner, only to the manager.
