Great Customer service 7/10/2012

The service I received from Jake was outstanding. After installing a new unit, he came out two more times to trouble shoot and to ensure my system was working properly. He even came out during the 4th of July. Both my wife and I appreciate his support, with a new born baby at home we needed our house to be cool. more

AMAZING!! 5/27/2012

I am an Interior Designer and have used many contractors. After being referred from a builder to another air conditioning company who told me i needed all the wrong parts just to make money i felt frustrated. I took a chance and saw an add from Jasper Air and called them. I am so happy i did! Jasper Air and their service manager Jeff were AMAZING!They were honest and they tried to save me money and help me by educating me so I could make the right choice for my family. All i can say is "Thank you Jasper Air and Jeff". more

A/C Replacement Due to Hail Damage 5/22/2012

Jasper replaced our roof which was damaged due to hail. The following year they checked back with us about our a/c unit that was also damaged. In both circumstances Jasper took care of everything for us from assessing the damage, working directly with our insurance company, to professional and courteous installation. I would definitely recommend Jasper for your needs. more

Great work and fast! 5/6/2012

They did a total tear off and reroof, including new decking, and were cleaned up and gone in 4 hours. Unbelievable! The new roof and air conditioner are great. A couple of hours after the ac unit was installed, it became apparent that it wasn't working. I called Jasper's office and a supervisor called me back in less than 5 minutes. He had the technician return (in 20 minutes!) and had me up and running in 15 minutes. Total time from my initial call and the completed repair: 45 minutes. Great work, and remarkably fast. more

Excellent/Professional approach and attitude. 3/10/2012

Initial contact, which presented a viable approach to a complete evaluation by Jasper representatives and my Insurance adjusters, led to a final decision that my AC/Heat Pump unit should, and could, be replaced under my Homeowners insurance policy. Jasper reps worked well with insurance reps to determine that a professional, thorough evaluation was made. The follow up actions were prompt and decisive. GOOD JOB by all. more

At the very first visit from Vince Ramella I was very confident that this would be a good company to work with....and it was!!!! Vince was very thorough in his inspection and in his explanations to me of what would be done. He took care of everything - working with the insurance company - and keeping me informed of what was going on. Yesterday - right on schedule, they installed my two ac units. He had explained to me what would take place and it went exactly as he had said. The service people that did the installation were exceptional! Only wish that all service people could be as nice and efficient as they were! My thanks to Vince and Jasper for a totally good experience. more

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! 1/25/2012

Jasper Contractors was outstanding. Jeff H. was so helpful with all my questions. The posses was fast and painless and I got a new Trane system installed by my insurance. I would tell anyone that has hail damage on there a/c unit to call Jasper. They number one in my book. Thank you for all your help the new system is wonderful and my wife raves about how quiet it is. thanks again. more

My experience dealing with Jasper has been outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, professional and patient answering all questions I had concerning the installation of my new unit. I've had some bad experiences with other air conditioning companies in the past, but Jasper has restored my confidence there are still some honest and reputable companies that care about the customer. more
