Uhaul blows 4/26/2011

I utilized the handy vehicle identifier for a car hauler, reserved an 18'. Arrived the next day at ""Jasons Car Wash"" to be informed UHAUL doesn't make a car hauler for a basic Ford F150! So..why is the vehicle even listed ?? Was charged TWICE $450 for this transaction on my debit card only to have the refund a week later. Uhaul would not pay for the negative fees accured. Luckily i opted for the basic insurance. Wind gust caused the driver door to jam; Uhaul attempted to stick $188 fee on me related to same. My advice..choose another company. more
