We contracted the Jason Taylor Moving Inc. and everything was fine until they started moving our furniture into our new house. The coffee table glass was broken, one leg of the coffee table had a chunk missing from the wood, a mirror was broken, my mahogany bar had damage to the wood, the dining room table had gouges in the wood that are not repairable. They did send an outside vendor to our home to repair the pea size nick in the bar and the two inch gouge in the coffee table leg. HOWEVER, and the biggest thing of all is the largest piece of our sectional sofa looks like a tree fell on it, the back was broken and the wood frame splintered. We have photos and extensive emails about the process we have been forced to go through. We have the ""full coverage"" insurance and have been going through the claims process for over a month and a half. The sectional piece was ""repaired"" but we refused it the first time because the wood was not repaired, it was pushed back together then reinforced on the back side with particle board and painted over. You could see light through it! Our builder witnessed what they tried to pass off as a repaired item. We demanded they take it back, which they did and I've been in a heated email exchange over the ""repairs"" with Jason Taylor the owner every since. He said they'd make it right and waive our deductible. I have asked repeatedly for the sectional to be replaced because of the extent of the damage and the poor repairs, he refused and attempted to repair it again. And at first he agreed to write out a warranty for the repairs but then changed his mind, although I have every email correspondence from him and what he had promised to do. I have asked repeatedly for the sectional to be replaced, having their ""full coverage for replacement"" insurance clearly wasn't worth the extra money I paid for it. Today they bought the sectional to the house with strict instructions per Jason to leave it at our residence even though the wood absolutely DOES NOT match the rest of the wood on the sectional and we tried to refuse taking it. His crew signed off that the wood does not match but refused to do anything further. The glass that was bought out for the coffee table DOES NOT fit and it took them 3 weeks to get it, they did take that back to get ""repaired"". I'm at my wits end with Jason Taylor moving. I guess I'm going to begin filing complaints. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this moving company. I have every correspondence from Jason Taylor with his promises then retraction regarding the repairs. I have photos as well. The last email I received from him pretty much stated that he has done all that he will do and our claim has been settled. I have not signed anything that indicates that I'm satisfied
