Read the reviews on Jason David Hair Studio, did my research. Made a judgement call and decided on Demi. I liked his website and his style. So I called him and made an appointment. I'm a brunette with hair down my back and I wanted a change. Demi and I talked and we decided to go shoulder length with long layers and honey color highlights. He's very outgoing and had me laughing the whole service. My results were totally fantastic! My hair was shiny and beautiful. My husband walked in and looked right pass me. So IMHO, Demi worked for me. Read the reviews and come to your own conclusion. Give him a call.....enjoy your new hair. more

I have followed UDO who is just magical with his hands and hair applications, for 30+ years and trust no one else. He treats you as an individual, knows what hair style best fits u'r face and structure. I would follow him anywhere. more

Upscale, Trendy, Best Salon 11/22/2012

I had a hair color service done on a salon on El Paseo.... with results that were quite undesired. My friend told me about Jason David Hair Studio and told me to ask for DEMI. Thank God for the advice. He listened to my story and advised me in how we could approach the situation. On top of that I got a wonderful haircut. I'm a 45 year old that didn't want to look like a MOM....he gave me a Trendy yet sophisticated haircut. So if you are looking for a wonderful stylist, check out this salon....ask for Demi. Nice relaxed salon, nice mix of stylist. My hair stylist was Demi and I must say he is fantastic. He makes you feel welcome and he listens. My hair is simple, wash and go, he did a wonderful modern cut and the colour he use made my dull hair shine. Ask for Demi and you'll see what I mean. A talented charming guy. more

Best Hair Studio in Palm Desert!!!! 11/3/2011

Jason David Hair Studio in Palm Desert is the place to go for the best colour and cut!!! From the minute I walked into their beautiful salon, I felt so welcomed by John at the front desk. I then met UDO, my stylist, who really listened to what I wanted and gave me the best cut I've ever had - my hair is very thick so takes time and really requires someone who knows exactly what to do. The colour was perfect and I left feeling fantastic!!! What a terrific job he did - I'll be recommending him to everyone. I feel so fortunate to have found UDO. THANK YOU UDO!!!!!!!! more

FROM THE FRONT DESK, TO THE INDIVIDUAL STYLISTS, EACH HAVE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SKILLS, GREAT HAIR TECHNIQUES. THE SHOP SPARKLES AND EXEMPLIFIES AN UPSCALE CLASSY BOUTIQUE! THE PRICES ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND THE MAGIC IN THE HANDS OF THE STYLISTS IS UNFOUNDED IN ANY SHOP IN THIS AREA. I LOVE DAVID! best salon for hair color in palm desert 11/16/2010

I found them walking by and was impressed by their decor. I had Demi do my hair color and highlights. He is amazing. My color is perfect and my hair is so healthy & manageable, thumbs up to the super shine process that he recomended. I don't have to do anything to my hair and it looks wonderful. Ask for Demi he is an expert in hair.. more

Best Salon in Cocahella Valley Best Men's Cut 9/28/2010

I Heart Jason David Hair Studio...and from the looks of these reviews others feel the same. I found Demi due to a cool cut on a gym buddy of mine he let me in on this well kept secret. I got the best haircut I have ever received from Demi (no more $85 mens cuts for me that I was not happy with) He is not only a great stylist but is down to earth trendy and cool. Best Upscale Salon, Best Stylist, Best Creative Highlight 9/27/2010

In the process of looking for a stylist I stumbled upon these reviews. So I decided to take a leap of faith and try this place out. I must say that everyone was right. One of the best haircut and color jobs I've gotten in a long time! Demi was my stylist. He was fun and full of energy. He did listen to my concerns and was really easy going. He told me that he doesn't perform miracles nor is he a magician....but he worked magic on my frizzy hair. Smooth and sleek are my locks thanks to Demi. Check him out. more

Best Hair Extensions EVER 9/16/2010

I was interested in getting hair extensions done, and a friend suggested that I see David at Jason David Hair Studio. So I booked an appointment with him... and I was not disappointed. David does AMAZING work... I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror!!! He also gave me a really great haircut and colour. I highly recommend him. He's the real deal. more

I requested someone that knew color and could flat iron hair straight without frizz. The woman directed me to Demi. I have to say I have to breakup with my hairdresser in Costa Mesa now for Demi! The auburn red with a (as he would say) a sprinkle of highlights was simply gorgeous! When he straighten my hair it was a technique I've never seen before. The results were sleek, smooth and my hair had tons of moment. So if you have curly hair and want it straight, Demi is your guy. It was worth every penny! Pros: I was just a walk in more

WOW impressive 4/26/2010

Popped in to see if I could get a haircut at the last min. and I asked for someone that could really texture my hair since most stylist under texture it because it's so thick. I told Demi how I style imy hair and stuff , he told me it was a ""piece of cake"" the moment he started cutting I knew it was going to be a great cut. He got these special shears and was cutting into my hair like Edward Scissorhands....funny the moment he comb it out.... all this hair came out.... and he said you are now textured. This guy is the best, great haircut with showmanship.lol Pros: Blogs were right, the stylist Demi Rocks Cons: had to wait 5 mins...no big deal.... more

I Love This Salon! 4/20/2010

Run, don't walk to this salon. I saw this beautiful hair cut on a woman in Sullivan's Steakhouse I asked her was her stylist local. She told me about Demi at Jason David Hair Studio. The best advice I've gotten thus far on a hairdresser since I've moved here from NYC. I've had allot of hit and misses since I've been here. Demi had the style and skills I've been looking for. I arrived early to get a quick peek. I watched him straighten a woman's hair from super curly to a bone straight....like Asian hair. I was amazing. So at that point I was totally sold. Wonderful Haircut and Color 2/22/2010

I just moved to the states and had no clue what salon to go to. Going with the reviews I read online I chose this salon. What made my visit so special is I found my new stylist. I was surprise it was a wonderful experience. My stylist was Demi and I must agree, he knows his stuff. Along with making me comfortable he made me laugh. He took his time and updated my look to a more modern cut and colour. Peek a boo highlights are now my new trademark. Simple and beautiful. A++++ Pros: Demi, Demi, Demi!!!!! Great Stylist!!! more
