Best

This is one of my favorites! Thoughtful presentation, delicious food, pleasing atmosphere. Something for everyone in every price range and the filet was the best I have ever had...

Worst

My boss took me there for christmas dinner last year and she paid alot of money for a dinner that was tastless and bland! Neither of our meals were any good Im very soo\rry to say...

Enjoyed the quiet, unique atmosphere 7/4/2006

My husband took me to Jasoh to celebrate my birthday this year. I had not experienced Jasoh before, but was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and the unique menu choices. We had a very relaxing dinner with great food and quiet conversation. I really enjoyed this restaurant and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to dine. Thanks Jasoh. Pros: Quiet atmosphere, unique menu choices, friendly service more

Great Atmosphere 7/4/2006

Great building and good parking. The food is full of flavor and well worth the experience. They have a good variety for any taste, from salads to pizzas, pastas to duck. Prices can't be beat for the dishes offered. Proof that you don't have to go downtown for good food, and I've never had to wait for a seat. I just wish I had a salad fork. Pros: Selection, atmosphere Cons: Not much else around more

The best sauces in Utah. 7/4/2006

We were excited to see a new restaurant in Ogden and hoped that it would be a place that we would enjoy. Jasoh's has not disappointed us at all. We enjoy going there about once a month. The food is great. The chef is the king of sauces. It has a great atmosphere and great service. We are glad that there is a fine dining restaurant to visit in the south end of Ogden. more

Most unique 7/3/2006

Great service, great ambience, great food. Nice to know there is some place unique where you can enjoy fine dining, quiet atmosphere, excellent food. We have always had interesting and delectable meals here. Pros: service, ambience, interesting and unique variety of foods Cons: needs colder beer more

Best Ambiance and Food!!!! 7/3/2006

We loved the food, very flavorful and different from your normal chain restaurants and steak houses. And best of all, hardly any noise. For the first time, my husband and I didn't have to yell to hear each other. We greatly enjoyed their passion fruit lemonade, which doesn't compare to any lemonade anywhere else. I personally fell in love with their wonderful balsamic vinegar and was glad to buy a bottle to take home. Pros: Food, Ambiance, Service Cons: Parking more

Food was tasteless and way over priced! 7/3/2006

My boss took me there for christmas dinner last year and she paid alot of money for a dinner that was tastless and bland! Neither of our meals were any good Im very soo\rry to say because I had always thought it lookied like a nice place to eat... I have heard this from many others as well and will definitely never dine there again! Sincerely Jennie and Kim from Forget Me Not Consignment So Ogden more

Best resteraunt in Ogden 7/2/2006

My wife and I discovered Jasoh's earlier this year. We feel Ogden has been missing a resteraunt of this caliber and are very glad to have it here now. The service is always excellent and the food is what I expect to get in a five star resteraunt. We always each get a salad, share an appetizer, share an entree, and each get a dessert. The specials are always a good bet! Shana Hess always makes time to visit the table and chat about the food and current events. They have a great wine list and also some unique beers. I especially like the Butterscotch Beer. One of our favorite specials has been the seafood IronPot Jasoh. If they have it, get it. It is delicious. Jasoh's is definitely the best resteraunt I have tried in Ogden! Pros: The entire dining experience is awesome! Cons: No mixed drinks or hard alcohol more

Delicious wood even steaks and seafood. 7/2/2006

I wanted to go somewhere special on my birthday and we ended up at Jasoh. I never would have believed that a wood burning oven could make such a difference. Boy was I wrong. The salmon that I had was perfect. The mango tapenade was a perfect accompanyment to the smoky flavors of the wood oven. My husband had a filet mignon, and said it was the best He has ever eaten. They have these incredible demi-glaze sauces that are truly unmatched in Utah. All of the desserts sre made in house, and the Tiramisu is heaven. I can't imagine someone having a bad experience at this place. If you are skeptical they offer a 100% moneyback guarantee if you aren't well taken care of. Who else does that!!!Jasoh Rocks. Pros: Upscale service and ambience! Great beer and wine selection! Open Kitchen! Cons: closed Sunday. more

Great service and food anytime. 7/2/2006

I have visited this restaurant several times and have not only had good food, but excellent service as well. Even on busy nights, you are seated ASAP and the servers go out of their way to take care of you. The food is great, especially the steaks and the cast iron-pan meals. I think that Jasoh is one of the best restaurants in the Weber County/ Ogden area. Pros: Great food and incredible service Cons: None that I have found-- more

Excellent food - nice service 7/2/2006

Went here on a 2-for-1 coupon. We were very impressed with our waiter - down to earth and knew the menu well. The menu has an okay selection. I can be picky sometimes and so I'll just order the steak. It was a great steak! My wife had a chicken item and loved it. Everything tasted great. The atmosphere seemed somewhat dark but our table was well lit. I would certainly return again. Pros: Good Food, Waiter was down to earth Cons: Darkly lit, might seema bit too expsensive more

Filet special is to die for! 7/2/2006

This is my favorite restaurant. I love the short wait. I love the quiet atmosphere so friends can talk. And I love the food! They offer a variety with their menu and their prices are reasonable especially when you compare it to this calibre of food. Chef Jasoh uses such delectable sauces that you will want to eat all your vegetables. I have never seen a restaurant try so hard to please its customers and to prepare such exquisite dishes. Save room for dessert because their berries foster and chocolate boudini are wonderful! Pros: food and everything Cons: I get a little cold (better than too hot though) more

best creative cooking 7/2/2006

Jasoh is one of the best restaurants in Ogden. There are so few of them here. The variety of what is offered is excellent. Service has been outstanding every time we have gone there. We don't eat out much as quality of food is very important to us. Jasoh has that quality. Nothing is rushed, everything is cooked just right. Even our teenage boys enjoy eating there. Imagine that! The rating for Jasoh's is so wrong. It deserves a higher rating, very much so. It is a great place to just go out and have very good food. It isn't noisy and busy, and we appreciate that. That is the only way to enjoy a meal. Pros: food quality, ambience, service Cons: parking, but they can't do much about that more

The Best Ogden has to offer! 7/2/2006

Finally, a fresh new alternative to the same ol' thing. Offering a wide variety of mouth watering menu choices. If quality is high on your list of expectations, this is the place for you! We found the service to be nothing short of exceptional. Portion sizes were plentiful with some left to take home. Pros: High quality food, friendly, fine dining experience more

Over Priced and Just Plain Bad! 1/2/2006

We went in to this restaurant for a nice meal tonight. We were not only met with inexperience but we also received attitude with that. The portions were very small, the meal had no flavor, and it was overpriced. When my wife asked for additional sauce for her filet ménage and myself asking for salt and pepper, due to the lack of taste, they scoffed at us but yet did it for us anyway. Not even half way threw our meal they were trying to push dessert on us, even though we knew we were not going to be full we did not get the dessert. After rejecting dessert they brought us the the check, as if to say we are done with you now! In summery, I would not even recommend this restaurant to someone I dislike immensely, that would be to cruel. Pros: None, None, None Cons: Bad Service, No taste, Over Priced more
